National Oyster Day falls on August 5. We’re giving it the week it deserves.
From August 4 through 8, enjoy BOGO fresh oysters on the half shell. Prefer them warm? Chopefeller oysters are charbroiled with chorizo, Pecorino, and Cajun sofrito compound butter ($28 per half dozen). Rockefeller oysters arrive with creamy sautéed spinach, breadcrumbs, Parmesan, hollandaise, and bacon ($30 per half dozen).
