Live Music – Scott Kuhnert – August 25

Scott Kuhnert has been a frequent fixture in bars, honky tonks, dance halls and larger stages since he was 14. Growing up on a farm outside of the Southern Illinois town of Ava, Scott received a guitar for Christmas when he was 11 years old. Scott was hired on as lead guitarist and vocalist for various conutry, Top 40 Rock, and blues acts through the 80s and 90s. Now working primarily as a solo acoustic artist, Scott performs both originals and covers that might be best described as “American Roots” music.
